Not the Sky Dragon Slayer, but that's irrelevant. I [i]do[/i] have it, almost always, because I'm almost always near Spectre or Canon. No idea why.

Not necessarily. Some people can use more than one. But they're very, very similar, with the same basis. You could almost say that Ice Matrix is part of his Ice Make style.
