[@Eisenhorn] Yeah, which is the main reason I resort to headcannon and whatnot. GeeDubs just makes no sense at all, like sending millions of soldiers to die in a meat grinder when they can just orbitally decimate the enemy without much fuss. Yeah, Gaunt's ghosts was pretty good with that. It gave an accurate protrayal of what a few guardsmen - elite at that, but still.
