A surprisingly upbeat individual, given her day-to-day life, Felicia's days are spent with great optimism for the next big payday, allowing her to retire early with no monetary worries for the rest of her life. Said optimism is also tinged with [i]massive[/i] gullibility, however, as the wares she carries aren't quite on the level of "rediscovered artefact of old" that peddlers tend to claim, this tends to lead to accusations of fraud when that "Legendary Holy Sword of Shininess +3" turned out to be nothing more than a polished short-sword with a sun sticker slapped onto the base.

Of course, while fraud is not her intention... profit's a profit, and since refunds are a massive hassle, she's taken to changing her name so thoroughly that no one could [i]possibly[/i] recognise her, as well as move from town to town with what little wares she currently has. Any wealth she accumulates tends to be lost immediately on life's most important commodities - the upkeep of her snazzy outfit, and... that's about it. Food isn't necessary for daily life, after all.

Felicia's family history dates back centuries, each and every family member a highly... er... well, they were merchants. Good merchants? Well, that depends on one's viewpoint - is it 'good' to accrue so much debt paying it off would forever imbalance the country's economy? Twice?
Well, ignoring that, Felicia herself has been... well, her family's version of successful, in that she has actually made some profit in her life. She just has problems for other, sale-related reasons. For a long time, Felicia has been skipping towns, selling crap - unintentionally, but still - and focusing more on immediate appearance than anything long-term. Really, it's a miracle she hasn't run out of names to use and luck to rely on.
