[@Sketcher] Most likely... no. It is my firm opinion that removing Legendaries from their habitat will upset the balance of nature, which I will eventually express in this RP. Can you think what would happen if some idiot captured Lugia? One of it's Pokedex entries says it can create a storm equal to that of Noahs Ark in the Bible, that would be bad.
