[@Inuyasha] You should first limit the range a bit, because teleporting to the other side of the planet (without dying) is just silly. :P

The other half of his ability is basically creating another dimension...? Interesting. 

The last criticism I have is when people use "the user" as pronouns in their power section because it just makes it look like you lifted it straight from powerlisting. lol

Otherwise, the power seems fine with me. Just make those edits.
