I don't know what powerlisting is; although a quick google search tells me its some form of wiki describing powers. That's just my writing style, I'll change it to Wei however. And yes, edits incoming, brace yourselves!

EDIT: Bam, done. Made it so he can't do crazy traversals (see bottom of Weakness)
