Yep. If I remember when this was a thing, you play as the villain?

I'm fine with playing this either way if you don't mind a Toonforce powerset.

Also if your going to keep this on the rails, you as the GM have to be VERY active or the RP dies in a week. Seen that happen to a lot of RPs over the past few months. >.<
