Here we go! The only indicator that she’s not fifteen years younger is the wrinkles around her eyes and the long gaze inside them – her piercing hazel eyes are her defining feature and to stare into them is to stare into a lifetime of triumph and anguish. Her auburn hair is long and flowing, extending down past her shoulders. As a seasoned fighter pilot with regular exposure to high G-forces, combined with her own rigorous exercise routine, she is in excellent physical shape. When out of her flight suit she maintains a classy and modest - but expensive - appearance at all times. Personality: Natasha is a calm, quiet individual – sometimes almost too quiet – hiding a whirlwind of emotions. In the air she flies honorably above all else, respecting even enemy pilots and admiring the best from either side. She is kind and civil at all times, but is also emotionally volatile, though she never shows it. She lost a number of pilots close to her (see below) and had to leave her home nation as it was demilitarized, and memories of these things throw her into a state of agony – a state that is hardly noticeable to others. Since the traumatic events occurred, the mental repercussions have significantly improved through time, but it is nowhere near completely healed. She has extreme mental fortitude (hence the hardly noticeable agony) and is hard to read, but is happy to hold 1-on-1 conversations with anyone for any length of time. If she can, she will analyze a situation to the absolute degree before taking action, but in a combat (or social!) situation is comfortable making split second decisions. She very rarely gets angry but is only truly happy when she is in the cockpit. In the air she is usually almost never on the radio (just as she rarely talks on the ground), a trait that often annoys and confuses other pilots. Those that have flown with her often, however, know that she gets on the radio when it counts and leads her squadron very effectively in near silence. She is a seasoned veteran, but she still is willing to learn from the newest recruit, and dreams of one day leading her own Yellow Squadron for Erusea. History: Natasha was born into an Erusean military family. Her father was a veteran of the Federal Erusean Navy and was a captain of one of the ships in Erusea’s “invincible” Aegir Fleet. While her father wished for her to join him on the water, it quickly became obvious that she belonged in the air, and she catapulted herself into Erusean flight school at a young age. Upon graduation and enlistment in the Federal Erusean Air Force she quickly established herself as an excellent pilot, and after the outbreak of the Usean Continental War she scored three confirmed kills on ISAF aircraft. Two planes away from the ace title, she was noticed by the infamous Yellow Squadron after Yellow 4 was shot down. She had long admired Yellow 13 and the rest of his squadron, and when she was recruited her life was complete in her eyes. Yellow 13 respected her as a pilot, but did not want anyone to inherit the title of Yellow 4, nor a number higher than his, so she was classified as “Yellow Zero”. Because squadron rosters use only positive integers, Natasha remained off the records of both Erusea’s enemies and Erusea itself, and the official record of Yellow 4 being the only female ever in Yellow Squadron remained intact. Natasha flew several missions with Yellow Squadron before Mobius One shot down the entire squadron, and during that short time she was unable to score a kill before being shot down by Mobius One. Unlike the rest of the squadron, she barely survived and escaped with major injuries, and was airlifted to intensive care. By the time she was fit to fly again, the war had been won in the hands of Mobius One, who Natasha had learned to admire while reading of his feats from her hospital bed. As Erusea was demilitarized and the Free Erusea initiative quelled, Natasha left for Yuktobania. While her loyalty was with Erusea, she needed to get back in the air – flying was therapeutic for her, and the only time her emotional wounds subsided was in the cockpit. Joining the Yuktobanian Kvant Squadron, she flew for the Yukes in the Circum-Pacific War, scoring a single kill and finding more adversaries to admire in the form of the Demons of Razgriz. Over the course of the war and many missions she became the leader of the Kvant Squadron. Still one kill away from being an ace upon the war’s end, Natasha was out of combat for the next eleven years, flying combat exercises and recreationally to keep herself sharp. Her Su-37 Terminator and the rest of her squadron's aircraft were recalled by the military after five years amongst budget cuts as the squadron (though being one of the nation's leading outfits) was no longer seeing any combat, and she was placed on an old stock MiG-23. Extra Information: Her favorite color is, predictably, yellow.
