Unless people are hands off with calling 500 things arcane when it is pre-established what arcane is it doesn't really bug me, if I'm going to be honest. I don't care if people want to use arcane magic in its multiple uses, but it’s one thing to have different sources for fire magic or different spells/domains— but changing the fabric of canon and contradicting someone else because you [i]want[/i] to seems kind of a good way to get a cab down problem avenue.
