I dunno, I think it's one of those "Anything goes" regulations that only gets applied in unique cases. I mean, Canaan Horses has this one dude who looks like a mummy, but he's up there with the Arizona Legionaries captain for brutal efficiency. Hell, if it weren't for the Arizona Legionaries, the Zion White Legs would be the "Scattered to the wind" White Legs. Eh, it's only a matter of time now I guess. Once that happens I'd be more worried about the Hopeville Wild Men.

I don't know man, he's got contacts with all the teams int he league. Not that he needs them, but still, with allies that diverse, it wouldn't be surprised if he made the rules to play himself.
