I'm interested, though I won't say for sure that I'm good to apply. A nation roleplay I was in died before it could start, so I have room in my schedule.

I'd like to quote something:

So, who's chosen the first nation, since I assume I have to choose to be next to whoever chose before me? What's the farthest extent of who we'd be allowed to play? Etc.

One thing I'd love to do if anyone chose to play in Italy or North Africa is to play Ethiopia and try to punch northward through Egypt while it's somewhat weakened by the 7th Crusade.
