[@pockets] It's not so much that she needs a translator (even when she doesn't have her phone, she's pretty good at getting her point across when she wants to) as I just want at least one person who kind of "gets" her. And she keeps a notepad and pen with her, just in case her phone dies. Basically, barring extreme circumstances, there will always be a way for her to communicate with others.
