Well, she's not super tall, so I would need an accurate model of the car to tell you whether or not she's actually tall enough to drive the car. But the bike would be the safer and more rational option, seeing as it can't just have an empty tank of gas - highly likely at this point - and she could take smaller pathways on it. She wouldn't need to take detours around blockades, and the chance of the walkers realizing she's there before she's gone is a lot lower. Since they're about 100 feet away she should be off and gone before they get close.
