Nikki went back to her room and put her shoes and trenchcoat on. She was burning up with fever and she took the ibuprofen Alex gave her. Nikki  grabbed every blanket she could find and burried herself underneath them. Her teeth were chattering and she couldn't get to sleep because she was shivering so hard. She laid her sword and her gun next to her bed. She was afraid she would die and she would turn. Worse even than that would be dying and no one even noticing. She just kept hoping Nic would come back.
