[@Inkdrop] You do realize that pretty much every single person in America have cell phones. and I can't see that changing in the future. 

I mean, it really doesn't matter but something that small allows for some high end advancements for anyone that is irresponsible! :D (Maybe an evil Hydra paragon comes into fruition...)
