[@Halvtand]Ah, in the terms of the show, I believe it fits the bill. While using it isn't likely to kill the user, like the kage bunshin and mass kage bunshin, learning it is highly difficult and has major repercussions if the individual fails. As such, I think labeling it a kinjutsu seems rather fair.
