On NPC nations, here's what I was thinking...

The nation just west of the Malagasy would be the Democratic Republic of the Congo (in reality ruled by warlords led by a dictator). The green faction to the north would be an Islamic state that tries to focus on trade and has problems with warring religious sects. The Australian nation on the eastern half of that continent would be... I'm thinking Mad Max inspired, unified after a long period of strife.

I dunno what the gray nation between Nevarine's lands (within striking range of both he and I) would be, but I think it should be a thing.
