Seems good to me, assuming Gowi already knows about how he fits into Grant City.

Also, for everyone who is wanting to apply for a new character for Season 2, note that a Southern California city called [b]Pacific Point[/b] will also be an available base of operations for your characters.  One of my characters will be located there in Season 2 (I will hint at why (s)he is there before Season 2 is over) and there will be a group of NPC characters called the Immortals that I will be previewing during Pax Metahumana.  And Kalistar's Radiance might be there, too (key word, might).
