Powers: 
Wilde has two powers very closely linked to each other. Firstly he has the ability to manipulate water in any form. His main use of this power is making water more like a sharp solid than anything else, enabling him to slash and hack at his enemies at will. This is really just a subset of his main power though, which can only be activated in the rain. Within rain, Wilde is able to fully control water and his own being, per say. For example, he could stop rain droplets in the air and walk up them like a stair case. Furthermore, he is able to mold his body into the rain, meaning any attack that were to hit a part of his body that had molded into the rain would pass through him like air. 
Weaknesses:
Wilde is completely human in terms of durability when it's not raining. A bullet will kill him the same as it would anyone else.

Wilde stands at 5 foot 11 and has a sinewy physique. His hair is a jet black, and has the strange style of being shaved at his sides, but kept rather long on the top. His attire changes often, but the staple is a necklace that he woke up with, bearing a mysterious logo resembling that of an anchor.
