This application looks fine to me, so unless [@hound55] or [@nitemare shape] has any objections, I am going to go ahead and accept this character.  However, I have a quick question before accepting Hydro.  In his history section, it mentions that he got his powers during his last year in college (undergrad or graduate?).  However, in the attributes section, you mention that he is a professor.  So has he become a professor since gaining his powers?
