[@t2wave] Been waiting for a character like this, then it never came. Can I have 2 questions?

1: Her ability is to slow or speed up time inside a 2 yard diameter area right? Is it a globe? Or affected by passing what side of the barrier you are in? Also, can she keep people in/out?

2: So is she a bad guy, or a good guy. I mean girl. Cause right now, it seems liek this would be an amazing superhero RP with 2 sides fighting, and from your backstory I couldn't really figure it out. Just kidding, I don't read backstory until I meet the character. So?
