Kingpin is also fine, but note what Natty said.  There is already some pre-established lore for him (see Natty's post and Gowi's Black Cat application) and someone else has shown interest in him as well.  So, just FYI.

For Ultron, I'm not quite sure we're ready for Ultron, but you could talk to [@Gowi] because he controls Ant-Man.
