[b]Backstory:[/b] Raised in Seelie Village with other Fairy-type Pokémon, Celty lead a relatively peaceful existence throughout her childhood years. Despite having no biological relatives—as she appeared one day hatched from an egg—she has lived with a caring father-like figure, a Dedenne, up until she was old enough to strike out on her own.  

As a child, she befriended a small Eevee, Lucrecia, which she grew close to. They went to school together, and did [i]everything[/i] together. As they matured, Lucrecia eventually evolved into a Sylveon due to her strong affection towards Celty. Lucrecia founded a Rescue Team named Team Ribbon, with Celty as her partner. The two braved dangerous dungeons to help hapless Pokémon. Their team began to expand, and that's when... 

[i]Lucrecia suffered a near-fatal injury, resulting in a comatose state.[/i]

[b]Personality:[/b] Celty, at her core, is a kind-hearted, caring individual. That said, it's clear the loss of Lucrecia has shaken her to her core.
