She went upstairs and got another box of toys to take to Elizabeth. She needed a simple talk with her and showing her that even she could place toys about a room.

"I am back with more toys, Elizabeth." she spoke as she came into the room.
"I really don't have the time for a full fledged lecture but here is the basics of the lecture I would give you if I had the time to give you one.

I am more than a teacher and Headmistress here. I am also the mayor of the village, overseer of the crops and animals, the head of the hospital, education board for the children and more. I rarely sleep because I have so many hats to wear. I must oversee most things because I have very few talented people. Cook is good at cooking but he does not have a good PR with people.

Titus is good with animals but lousy with people, good with carving wood. He is not good at keeping his books straight so I help him. Dewey can't stand animals but is excellent with wand making and keeps his accounts very well. He can even make his own polish and such for the wands. I only have to check on him from to to time. Adam has a special way with people and food plus he is most excellent with accounts. 
As you can see or so I hope, I am very busy person with no personal time for myself. I don't even dare to take a pet because I do not have time to take care of it's needs. 

All that I am asking of you students is  to simply follow my directives and support my efforts during this crisis. I don't want to turn into a Royal B but I can do so if that is what it takes to get you motivated enough to do as you are told. And yes, I know that Cook is a true pain in the Arse but he does get my menus on the table.

"Have you seen Titus lately? I need to get some supplies from him."
