I'll have to read up on your own sheet first, I'll edit this post once I finish reading at least your tech overview.

EDIT: I read it, and they seem like good opponents, I feel like they are much more expansive than the Congregation. 

Although, if you remember the Congregation was from a sci-fantasy RP, so it uses magic and psionics, is that alright?
