I have a question from a City Planning and Civil Works point of view. 

How are the streets laid out? Do the numbered streets run from north to south, traveling east and westbound, or do the run east to west, traveling north and southbound?

IE do they run like New York City, or the other way? (I would think like New York, in a general sense. I think most cities are laid out like that actually now that I think about it. *mentally examines this and compares a few cities and towns* Nevermind. Stupid question day - carry on. 

Edit: [@nitemare shape] Sorry.. I e'sploded and made a mess. Also There's a CS that needs a look. Hound looked at it already but... I wanted extra opinions before I moved it to the CS bin. It still needs work but that's mostly in the category of fleshing out /specifics/ of equipment as well as Supporting Character information. Some of them will have a lot. Like Halle, and DeathDealer's dad, and grandpa and the like.
