I see them as just another species of nature, not necessarily less civilized than humans however, attempting to expand their packs and pass down their own bloodlines above all others. This does not make them immediate enemies of other werewolf packs, but allies I assume would be rare because of the need for conquest. Overtake rival packs, but do not kill them, integrate them.
