My advice for you is make a character and have them interact with the others. Eventually you'll establish a title per say for your character with the group. Sulley for example I feel is still the mysterious one but a bit more information has been brought into the light thanks to his brother showing up. I may need your help with Samantha but for now make your own character and we can go from there
