There are three classes of magical artifacts.
Thrones - Very rare, can use multiple spells and amplify/enhance existing mana pool.
Virtues - Rare, can use multiple spells. Anderiel's girl has one.
Principalities - Uncommon, can use a single spell.

Even the best Magitech will be equivalent to a Principality.
