Kurama probably hasn't dated, but YOKO on the other hand has probably gotten plenty of women in the past. Combine that experience into a new body and it'll be as if Kurama is a natural. I don't know if Kurama could date a girl who doesn't carry knowledge of what he really is. I could only see him with Botan, Yukina, or Keiko, but Keiko is just because she knows what he is and has experienced the troubles everyone else has. I'll get into it more later, I'm too tired and I'm slowly starting to fade.
