James was about to respond to Omega's question after thinking of a cool way to explain his powers in order to look impressive, but his teammate's attention was drawn back to their leader. He waited for his teammate to be done conversing with Wicked and then give him his answer.

"To answer your question, I can run and fly at supersonic speeds, I also am able to emit hyper sonic waves for combat purposes. I hope that it will keep up with your incredible abilities" James replied to Omega and was thinking about what kind of training someone with his kind of abilities would do. Healing and super strnegth seemed like something that would excellent together and telekenisis would also grant his teammate range capabilities.
