[@Natty] Personally I think either would work just fine. Your old idea was just as good as the new one. The way I see it is just making sure Gowi approves of a Second Merlin Prime Library. If not the book could just have taught your Witch character to make a Pocket Dimension. I mean assuming she has enough magic and skill it should be easily done.
