As nautilusmp, Lost Cause and the acepedia said, Kvant is a Yuke squadron. I'm happy to accept a Number Two if you are so inclined, Mage, but if you want to be in the Emmerian Air Force I'd imagine you'll have to pick an Emmerian squadron or switch your country to Yuktobania.
