But you? I might make an... exception. Do you have to go to a specialist store to fit into those pants? That can’t be cheap.”[/sub]

He nodded to the reply with a slight smirk. “You’re damn right. It’d be wildly out of character for me to be a coward in any “universe”, big green.” There were only a small number of people he considered himself personally responsible for— and while there was nothing he could’ve done to stop this “game” from involving himself and his sister it certainly did not stop his big brother complex from kicking in. The other version of himself was right that he wouldn’t let anything happen to her on his watch. But the inter-dimensional villain hadn’t exact lined up a road riddled with bright streetlights to where Speedy was. Lowering the pressure on his bow much like his counterpart had he decided to get a closer look at his environment; while this was a perversion of his experiences on the island that served as his crucible to becoming the famed emerald archer it was still somewhat familiar. He wasn’t sure if every crashed helicopter, overturned submarine, and underground military base were the same… but the imp wanted to make this a game so he was obviously going to mock them with illusions to what once was. But this wasn’t just a perversion of what he knew— there was another Green Arrow involved, after all. He wondered what exactly went down with their time on the island that he presumed forged him as well. There were many things to gather information from beyond the island having the wrong fauna and flora to a degree. It would be important if this game was to be won in their favor they would have to understand each other beyond simply noting they liked shooting people with arrows in padded green leather. “I’m going to guess this place isn’t exactly the island that served as your hell either, right?”
