When it comes to a fight-or-die situation, she won't hold back when it comes to making sure that both her life and her loved ones' lives remain intact. She had a happy family-- her mother was a stay-at-home mom, her father worked hard in order to provide for his family, and her older sister worked at an accounting office. School was never an issue for her; all she did was read her textbooks and ace her tests, which led to her father and mother rewarding her with all types of gifts. Chemistry was her favorite subject, and so it was obvious what Whitney was going to study when she applied to college. As she did in high school, she focused on passing tests and learning the material rather than hanging out with friends. And so, her grades never dropped below a B, and her GPA stayed well above 3.0. Whitney was shocked when the zombie epidemic destroyed all that she loved and knew. It was quite the unexpected turn of events, but after she lost her mother to the plague, and her father and her older sister fled elsewhere in an attempt to get away, she knew that she had to do the same. After some difficulty, she crossed the border into California, hoping that she could eventually find the rest of her family. [/hider]
