It's a two-way street. You can control whatever NPCs you like. Create them yourself as you write. Me and Rockette might then add our own NPCs to either support or resist your decisions. You don't have to run every NPC by us first.

Like, 10 or less. However, only Guardians will go into the mountain itself. Normal soldiers have no business being there, as they're pretty much useless.
