Yeah. She doesn't realize how accepting some people actually are and she gets scared. It's why she freaks out about the thing later on down the line

Ezria will shake her head. "Nah, she'll puke it up before it does too much real damage. She's just going to be in a lot of pain for a while. Until she heals." And she'll smile. "I won't lie, I just couldn't stand there and listen o her anymore. It was pissing me off."
