Sho, lmp, and I have agreed: after the event that's about to happen IC, there will be an overnight cooldown period for everyone, where you'll have character freedom, before the party gets started the next day.  Depending on what goes down shortly, there will be different groups of people to interact with, but there will definitely be groups.
