Well in that case (since I don't know if a situation like this has happened yet) have the demographics for any NPC state been said yet, or are you even allowed to declare NPC nations.
If Sigma could let me, I'd be fine with picking the Arab Republic of Northern Egypt, but if I did pick it, I'd have to change the name (and some of the possible existing lore)
