Haruki watched the screen of her Pokegear anxiously, only to sigh through her nose at the automated message. She looked over her shoulder to see Almond was the one who spoke. She nodded in agreement after he finished, and she mumbled "I hope so as well...We'll have to try calling him again later," When the beep came, she left a message for Professor Oak, letting him know that she and Almond were the ones who called him, they made it to Pewter City, and that she'll call him later (she didn't want to say anything about the dangers in front of Nurse Joy and her Chansey). After leaving the message, she hung up and turned her attention to Nurse Joy when she called to them. She walked up to the counter with Almond, and after Nurse Joy told them that their Pokemon were healed, Haruki thanked her as she accepted Tsunami and Spitfire's pokeballs, "Thank you so much," She blinked at her question and she looked to Almond when he answered hesitantly, and she raised an eyebrow when he asked Nurse Joy about what was going on at the Northern Borders. She listened to Joy carefully as she talked about the murders. She blinked in confusion at Nurse Joy's comment about the time. After Nurse Joy mentioned she didn't know why she brought up the time, she commented in response "Well...this certainly is a stressful time. I can't blame you for being exhausted..." She couldn't help but think to herself with her hand on her chin. The mention of the time really bugged her. How would Nurse Joy know when exactly the murders started? Even if the Officer Jennys weren't able to keep some details to themselves (as inferred from the bystanders' statements earlier), it would still be quite difficult to determine when the perpetrator started their crime exactly...unless... Haruki shook her head rapidly. There was no way Nurse Joy could be a murderer! Could she...? She thought about the Pokemon series and another possibility came to mind. Maybe a certain Psychic Pokemon got involved. Now that she thought about it...some parts of their visit here so far seemed a little convenient so far... She looked outside trying to see if she could spot anything weird outside or in the sky, but she found nothing, and she started doubting that mental hypothesis. She shook her head and she suggested to Almond, "Well...we should probably get going..."
