Question: Is The Hub still a thing? I haven't seen it mentioned except in old posts and I wondered if something might have happened there to have it shut down or something.
Still a thing. Icon just has been busy with Umbraxis and the current event. ;) [@Blue Demon]: I'll take a look at it as soon as possible. I was just a little busy the past couple days.
I think the main issue with Dragons may be because, they're Dragons. I mean how do you ignore a giant lizard flying around that can turn cities into dust. [@Nightknight] I'd play around with the idea more, get NMS and Ded involved in the process. I think if your Dragon wasn't super powerful all the time and had to follow similar Rules as the Greek Gods do, then maybe he would be accepted. If his power is limited or if he couldn't act in his more powerful Dragon form and had to rely on a weaker human guise. I'm just tossing around ideas. If Dragons are super powerful and wholly iconic as Dragons. Then making them appear less could get then accepted.
Part of the problem is that this is first and foremost a superhero roleplay, not general fantasy one. Sure, magic and fantasy elements might appear in Marvel and DC comics, but they are not the most important part of these two universes. In my own opinion (I cannot speak for the other GMs), these fantasy elements should not exist naturally on this Earth or have long since faded away. They should be regulated to their own corner outside of Earth (cf. the Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes episode where the Red Skull was pulling monsters out of the other Asgardian realms). It does not make sense for a large dragon to appear in this world, which for the most part should be devoid of these types of creatures.
