[/quote]Arquebus, matchlocks, wheellocks or maybe even very early predecessors of the flintlock are possible by this point.
Gunpowder can also have different composition than OTL since we live in a fantansy setting with different materials and possible use of magic/alchemy.
It's just that owning guns won't guarantee you superiority. Arbalest-type heavy crossbows were in many ways superior to guns of this time. It was a matter of style and tactics which kind of weapon you preferred.
