They have a general guideline but I'm pretty sure you can add to it, but probably not take away:
"Name: Aliases, nicknames, former names, preferred names, etc.
Age: > 18
History: Personality should be built within this. If you cannot determine personality from the history, then you have not developed your character enough. If your character does not have their own goal/dream to realize, then you have not developed your character enough. There is no minimum to the length of this section.
Party: Describe, in short, what each Pokemon's general behavior/personality is like. What are their tactics in battle or how does the character utilize the Pokemon in battle? Relations with other party members is also a plus, but not required in this section. Please refer to the Pokemon Mechanics section for further information as to the Movesets."
