Took a few runs through the metaphorical dry docks, but here's the CS:

~Roma Bhakti~
Name: Roma Bhakti, the Artist Age: Appears to be 20...because she is. Allegiance: Neutral. History: When one lives long enough, childhood memories lose any relevance to your current self. Roma's past doesn't define her, only the present and the future truly matter. Roma is a fairly well known name in certain circles of the Imperium's underworld. The law see her as a murderer while the lawless see an entertainer. Both are accurate, since one does not produce a masterpiece without cracking a few skulls, and persons with morbid fascinations certainly draw joy from her projects, but Roma would sooner label herself an artist. There is a statement she is trying to make with every piece she leaves behind for the Imperium investigators hot on her trail, not just a senseless killing or form of base pleasure. The pressure for her capture and execution would be greater, but the 'models' she has recently favored in a series of works centered around national pride seem to harbor rebellious sympathies. If the seeds of sedition are snuffed without the Imperium's intervention, they don't see reason to intervene in Roma's craft, yet. Personality: Roma is an artist, first and foremost. But where other's use paints or pottery, she creates master pieces with the human form, willing or otherwise. Outside of her artistic pursuits she is a steadfastly deadpan and painfully blunt. It is difficult to tell between her being snarky and her being ignorant of the situation around her. Is dismissive of those who aren't 'true artists' or suitable materials for her creations. Tome: When inert, it has the appearance of a sunflower yellow tome with a salmon inlay that she keeps within a hidden pocket of her robes. When released, becomes a golden dagger that is planted inside Roma's chest. Allows Roma to manipulate the electrical currents inside her body and within reach around her, otherwise none as electro-kinesis. The tome amplifies her own natural bio-electrical output to absurd degrees, even conferring a degree of magnetism, naturally repelling metal objects away from here while active. The tome can an bolt of electricity with a 20 ft range to paralyze targets, though this lowers the electrical field for a few seconds as her body recharges. If Roma can make skin contact with her target, she can manipulate their body through altering or cutting off the electrical impulses sent from the brain to the body.
