The metal mask melted away revealing Kain's exhausted face, filled with guilt it was also still stained by various burns, scabs and a few lines of stitches. 

He breathed heavily slowly regaining his breath.

He struggled to comprise the right sentence as he propped up Sarah and looked from the doctor to Sarah's injuries.

He picked up the unconscious girls hand and looked into the doctors eyes.
