[/quote]This is a freeform game. The entire setting will be built by the players. Just like most NRPs.
I can handle NS judging and such. I want your help so there'd be always a GM to lean on.
Anyways, I'm going to post the NS format soon.

I'll be also working on the OOC. Like I said I can handle the gamebuilding and administration parts. I just know myself enough that I'll be probably won't be always on so I need a GM who would maintain a presence there.
