[@Phoenix] Ahh I see it, sorry for not noticing that. I think Rustboro also makes a good location for the headquarters, with outposts in other regions. I'll probably start writing up a draft for my character. 

[@Loony] & [@Phoenix] Orre sounds pretty inhospitable. Do you think Rangers would make trips there to try to better the environment, or provide aid?
