Definitely choosing a picture, if I had any art skills it would make this a hell lot easier if I could just create what look I want. Next to that would honestly be deciding what gender character I want, oddly enough. 

I typically never have problems with names since I use a name generator, sort like the one [@Ophidian] linked, but mine is a different one.
