The lull activities would likely depend mostly on the players themselves to figure out things to do and character development for both NPCs and PCs. Example, during the Lulls students can spend time with Lyn (either by taking her on another hunt to make up for her first being ruined since Mar is a bit... stuck in bed for the time), get to know the Naga as they determine where to go (influence their future), and even get to know Khan (influence his and establish a deeper connection even).
