Nah, while I personally am not too much of a Furry fan, I'm sure that IC you'll be able to find people in Fuso who'd be more than accepting considering part of the Fuso population is almost actual furry :lol

Fuso is quite literally built on anime tropes xD

Fuso's general international policy is "don't fuck with us, we don't fuck with you" and try to stay officially neutral in any major conflict. That's not to say they don't support one side or ONI decides to pull their own fuckery, but officially the government stays on no one's side unless its clearly to their advantage.

Religiously, sort of the same thing, Shintoism doesn't exactly have a big anti-foreigner ideology embedded into it and with Himiko, Fuso is actually something of a xenophile; not too surprising since their largest industries heavily relies on people willing to watch anime/porn x3
